We stayed 1 night here, yet it was a really comfortable experience. It was located in a nice quiet area really close to Portobello beach, most areas and supermarket, Met the host, who gave us good tips.

The rooms were great-sized in front bedroom for our stay. It had a particularly good setting really close to a bus stop to get into town, Edinburgh and most areas.

The host showed us the property. Excellent and absolutely perfect location, just what we wanted close enough to takeaways, Princes Street, and a bus stop to get into town. Also, it was based close enough to city center.

My family and I recently stayed at a 2-bed flat in Edinburgh and had a great time. The location was perfect for us, with Arthur's Seat and Portobello Beach within walking distance. The flat itself was described as simple, and it indeed was, but it was clean and convenient for our needs.
